Close Call on Herman Heads Up

Not really my report as I'm sitting behind my computer all day, but I just received a call from one of my house mates about an a close call on Mt. Herman in Baker BC. Looks like he triggered and got caught in a soft slab on south-south east face. Fracture was approx 12in. deep and slid on sun or rain crust. Sounds like it was fairly sizeable. He lost a ski and pole so if anybody finds either send me a PM.

Heads up and be safe if you are heading out tomorrow.
