Headed up to Hyak this morning with low expectations. My expectations were met with poor snow. Crunchy and crusty snow at the bottom led to slightly less crunch snow at the top. But any day riding is better than not.
I did take the pup out for his second trip into the snow. I could barely keep up with him as he sprinted down the mountain. That made it all worth while.

Brad and I are talking about an afternoon trip after work up there midweek sometime. Maybe the crustiness will be softened up by then. Let me know if you're up for that, too. Your pup must be getting big now!

Ha! One lap and home by 8:30. Traffic sucked since I couldn't use the HOV lane this time.
