Despite the bad weather, as usual we could depend on Wolfi to give us a good idea to maximize the brief period of clearing around mid-day. Off to the last Austria autoroute exit before Brenner, then up small farm roads to 1550m or so. The farm at the road end even had their own little t-bar for learning to ski! Unfortunately the clearing was extremely brief, but it was good to get out for a couple hours to exercise the legs, and then head for yet another Gasthaus for rosti and strudel. 4" fresh powder on a firm base, good fun.
