Climbed to Norse Peak on Friday. early start and snow stayed consolidated enough for a boot pack all the way to the summit. Short drop into Cement Basin and then back up and out. Sunny all the way up so there was excellent corn snow on a firm base on the way back down, slightly slushy just above the ski area. Slopes above Bullion Basin looked good, but I went north instead. No recent tracks and only 2 other cars in the lot when I got back.
