I'm still liking the thought of the midweek retired Paradise skiing Geezers and Boomers chaining themselves to the Longmire gate and getting dragged into the paddy wagon while in an uncooperative body slump.

They got the time and the Geezers and the Boomers got us into this mess with their profligate ways and Ponzi scheme economics and kicking the debt can down the road.

Time for the Geezers and Boomers to step up and do some REAL protesting instead of internet typing and letters to their Senators and Congressional Reps.

Just make sure y'all chain yourselves to the gate so it's locked in the 'open' position....the park service may just leave you there as-is if you chain together while the gate is closed ;)

Geezers and boomers? We fought for civil rights, reduced military, an end to wars, environmental health, and parks and monuments and the X'rs and slackers p*ssed it away on the promise of everything for nothing, no taxes, no new taxes, Nintendos, iPhones, stock speculation, and deregulation that allowed the Vampire Capitalists to suck the blood out of 'em; no good at anything but passing the blame and passing the buck 8) Youse guys drank the kool-aid! ;D

Sorry but the Boomer generation will go down as one of the most self-centered and self-preoccupied generations in the history of the world. You ( we) did some good stuff and of course I'm generalizing but it was on your watch that the MIC grew, climate change started and you allowed your congressmen/women and Senators to create the corrupt/revolving door government we have and bureaucracies such as the NPS, DOD , BLM and FS to flourish. The X'ers, your progeny are merely a reflection of your self absorption and  the bad parenting as a result.

The X'rs and Millenniums merely used their computer savvy to exploit the system under the direction of their Boomer bosses who gave big bonuses to keep 'em quiet.

The latest generation coming of age I have hope for......but the Boomers.....You're going to spend the rest of your time on earth writing letters and internet angst ,whining about the social collapse around you and the resulting reduction in your standard of living and social safety nets while the latest generation tries to clean up the mess you made.

You Boomers need to stop whining and do something. You should be chaining yourselves to gates and helping the Gen Z'ers as penance for the shit you created. Edit to Add: I'm a Boomer and I accept the guilt for my part.
