I doubt the FS road access is open, but you could still go any of three ways, just a long slog. If you want to go now-ish, I'd take the high traverse (White pass, south across Hogback to Tieton Pass, then up into McCall Basin)- in fact, I'd be up for the trip... (still touring in Idaho for the next week, though..)
edit to define the high traverse

Call the Naches Ranger District to find out about the condition of the roads on the Eastside
(509) 653-1401
But I'm sure that the roads on approaches still have snow for miles before the trailhead.
The White Pass ski area is still open -- so you might consider riding their chairs and then roughly following the PCT south to Tieton Pass.

Start from White Pass ski area; ski south. I haven't done this, but I have been eyeing the maps recently. Alternatively, you can start at the sno-park at Clear Lake. Not sure if there is any snow on the ground there or not. If you go, I would love to hear how it went to improve my own trip planning.
Edit: other beat me to it. Ski area only operating weekend now.

Packwood Highway Shopper reports Johnson Ck road (FS #21) plowed to Sno-Park at MP 9 (from US 12), also Packwood Lake trailhead is driveable:

Cayuse Pass and Skate Creek road (FS #52) remain closed until probably early May.
