Drink Less Beer
Summit all major volcanoes in WA
Ski from summit of all volcanoes in WA

Not be scared of a small cliff jump on skis

Saxybrian, those seem way too ambitious, I'm thinking about committing to being able to walk across my garage, and that might be over reaching!

Don't think they're too ambitious.
The volcanoes shouldn't be to hard to climb (Skiing I may hold off due to lack of ski experience)
Half Marathon should be easy once I'm back in hiking mode
100,000ft vert in a month is only 3.3k a day. Just 2 laps up tiger a day and I've got that. Round Trip is about 3 hours a day on this.
Drinking less soda/beer should be easy to from 2-3 soda's a day and beer 4-5x a week back to no soda and once a week on beer.
Skiing 100+ days should be pretty easy going 3-4x a week + all spring/summer/fall for touring
Cliff jump? I'm talking a few feet not like 10-20
So really the only one out of the park would be skiing the summits, but I think I can manage a few of those (Helens, Adams, and Baker)

I don't know if they still do it, but the last couple years there's been a 24hour ski marathon at Stevens. If you're in good shape you can get 100,000 feet. That'll give you about 4 weeks to recover on your goal for the month
