Trip Reports log on delays was created by Andrew Carey
Is this happening to anyone else? I can't get to trip reports using a bookmark or even from the home page the first time I try; I either wait a long time or go to someother site and come back again (and often get it quickly). if this is unique to me, any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

I couldn't get to trip reports for a week or so. I cured the problem by changing the router.

I'm sorry; my reply was opaque. I was trying a different wireless router (Aptiva) when I lost access to trip reports. I switched back to my old wireless router (Linksys) and all was well. I'm not 100% sure the router was the problem but renewed access was coincident with the change to the old router.

Hit the reload button in your browser if the loading is slow. Some browsers (e.g. safari) have a screen that will show times for various things to happen as a page loads. Might be worth a peek.....

Thank-your Micah and John; ever since I read your responses, the delay seems to have disappeared. abc (I didn't do anything but look for the timer on Safari and couldn't find it--typical senior citizen problem with switching operating systems).
