Pretty good for a site full of backwater provincials.

Sweet...
Way to go Kyle!
So is Eddie Bauer going to approve of the Pacific Pile and Marine logo sewn on to their gear?
Or are you going to dump that sponsor?

I don't give a damn when I am shat upon at TAY but I do care when my companies contributions are.
For the record.
Pacific Pile & Marine( of which I am part owner) hires a few college students every year for summer work in an attempt to give worthy candidates work experience and the ability to earn good money to further their studies. These students do not need to be pursuing engineering degrees but usually they are college students.
These are well paid positions and provide an opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled union workforce of whom we are very proud.
When deciding upon candidates for these positions a few years ago, I was contacted by Kyle who needed a job.
I presented Kyle's resume and growing accomplishments to my partners and they agreed that his dedication to his sport was worthy of being selected.
Kyle has worked for PPM for the last two summers and impressed us and his workmates with his hard work and dedication.
Additionally, in recognition of his hard work and total dedication to his chosen sport PPM, upon completion of his summer work period donated a cash amount to Kyle to help him peruse his dreams. There were no strings attached and no requirement to sew any logos on his gear or boards or promote us. Call it sponsorship if you want, we called it a scholarship.
We at PPM are pleased that Eddie Bauer has recognized what we already know... that Kyle is an exceptional young man .

As you know I was just toying around with my previous comment...
Could not agree more and Pacific Pile and Marine played a very positive role in enabling him to reach his goals on and off the mountain. Very good vibes to PP&M.
