I know its not PC to laugh at the misfortune of others BUT wow I'm afraid I find that hilarious although I am glad he is OK physically. He's probably scarred emotionally for the rest of his life!

Should be worth $500k in compensation or at least or a free lift ticket for the rest of his life.

Someone better tell him nude skiing doesn't begin until the spring.

Really though, is that a half a million dollar mistake!? And we wonder why little guys (like me) can't maintain small time recreation businesses due to insurance costs.

Well if you can get $240k for having to take off a T-shirt   I'm sure getting hung by your underpants in sub-freezing temps is worht at least $500k.

I agree but that's the way it is in the US of A
because tort reform ain't gonna happen any day!
