I've been trying to post a TR with thumbnails hosted on Flickr. So far, I haven't been able to get them to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Just wanted to make sure I could make it work b-4 I went off pontificating
I'd wager where you're having trouble is acquiring the correct URL for the flickr posted photo. That's where I got tripped up when I first tried it, and it doesn't seem real clear to me in the "additional help" link for posting thumbnails, which is otherwise very good and easy to follow.
The trick is to first click on the posted photo in Flickr and bring up the photo in its largest size. Then (assuming you are using IE as your browser) Right Click on the full size photo and then click on "Properties". That will bring up a dialog box which will contain, among other things, the proper URL (internet address) for the picture. Copy that complete url and then go to the thumbnail code that you inserted in the post (by clicking on the "Tb" Add image tag) you are creating and insert the URL in place of the "PASTEimageURLhere1" and the "PASTEimageURLhere2" text in the thumbnail code.
Try that and see if you can get it to work.

I have tried it several times using photobucket. Both with the easy PB way by clicking the direct link tag, and the way ronJ described by going to the largest pic and copy and pasting the url from the properties. The best I could get was a little thumbnail saying PB moved or deleted my photo, but it is still there.
Can't figure it out. Seems pretty easy and the thumbnail directions are easy enough. I just can't figure out what I am missing. Can you?
Here is the url.

and then I do this...

If you click on it, it works, but the thumbnail doesn't work. My guess is that TAY's PHP script filters out encoded characters, and thus strips the space in your album name. I tried using Photobucket photos without spaces, and they worked fine.
You've got two options then... You can rename the album so it doesn't have a space (the %20 in the URL), or you can replace the line:
www.turns-all-year.com/skiing_snowboardi...8/adams7-9-08068.jpg
with the URL for a thumbnail of the image (thus not using TAY's PHP script).
