Powder only TAY? was created by korup
These great weather systems have got me to thinking: is it possible to get twelve consecutive months of skiing fresh and/or powder snow without leaving the PNW?
Surely someone in the hundreds of months has managed it?

I'm in the same boat as Snowslut, only need July and Aug, but I cheated as my Sept'07 turns where not in the PNW. Might have to go really high but it's possible I guess.

Closest I've come (gave up the streak a while back after a little over 100 months) was fresh on Baker in July, trip to Chile (lots of BC pow) in August, and fresh again before September was out near Baker - have never done all 12 fresh in the PNW.

I got a little fresh snow last August on the Muir snowfield - now that I fully understand the meaning of the term powder, I think my headline was a bit of a stretch.
