Any Big Footers out there??

I have a friend with size 15 feet (31-32 mondo) who is having an incredibly hard time finding AT boots? Any other big footers out there with advice?? Stores? Brands that offer larger sizes?

and I thought this guy needs/deserves one...or 15 of them!

Last year my size 14-14.5 feet wandered down to Second Ascent and poked through their used boot selection. To my eventual surprise, I settled on a $100 pair of nearly new Dynafit TLTs that was actually *smaller* than another nearly new, similarly priced, and thermofittable pair (~Mondo 31) that they had in stock. It may be worth checking to see if they've still got them. The big ones stuck around for at least a month in the Spring.

If they don't have their used AT gear out yet, find a piece of summerweight gear and hold it hostage until they rummage for it. It's ski season. (not that it ever wasn't).

Thanks for the bump pin!head and the additional feedback. TrumpetSailor...he has already rummaged through the used boots and no big sizes in the "new" at Second Ascent...he hasn't given up yet, but is getting discouraged

Scarpa usually seems to make large sizes of their AT boots (up to 32). I bought some size 31 Scarpa Matrixes on sale at marmot mountain works in Bellevue last year. Of course, scarpa has a very high volume last so if he has low volume feet like me then the fit may still not be optimal. But at least my feet fit inside the boots!

I just last weekend saw some size 31 or 32 MP Dynafit TLTs at Marmot, for $250 maybe?
