Summer TR Ptarmigan Traverse

Wow.
What a trip.  There's an award in there somewhere.  Maybe more than one.
And what a great read over a morning cup o' jo.
A nicely crafted report puncuated with fantastic and well planned photos.
While I've never done anything quite so adventuresome, it, nonetheless takes me back to the special memories that only solo trips can produce.
It also make me want to reconsider whether or not one of those elt/plb thingies might be worth looking into.

What a trip. It seems like the combination of the hiking, kayaking and biking made for a more memorable trip than if you had found a partner and done a standard car shuttle. Thanks for the report and the great photos.
