Bode Miller Rules! was created by gregL
How about Bode Miller - 5 World Cup races to date . . . 4 wins and a 2nd place! Bet he skis year-round, too. Some good pictures on, of all places, ESPN's website -

Yes, sure, but what I want to know is how long his streak is!

Still rolling . . . after a couple of DNF's, fourth in the downhill at Val d'Isere and first in the GS.

Paul: Bet he hasn't missed a month of skiing in years, even when he's coaching tennis for his parents' camp.

And another win today, this one a slalom, making him only the second skier ever to win in four disciplines in a single year (the first was Marc Girardelli)

Bode had a rough day yesterday but The Independent did publish a nice article about him.

It can be seen here:
sport.independent.co.uk/general/story.jsp?story=599154
The first few paragraphs:
"Bode Miller: We've seen the future - and he's frightening
American skiing sensation defies belief as speed is the buzzword. Mike Higgins eventually catches up with him
09 January 2005
Alpine ski-racing in the modern era has not seen a start to the season like the one made by Bode Miller. By the middle of last month, after barely a quarter of the campaign, the American had recorded six World Cup victories from 10 starts. In doing so, Miller, a former slalom and giant-slalom specialist, became only the second skier ever to win World Cup races in each of the four alpine disciplines - slalom, giant slalom, super-giant slalom and downhill - in the same season. At this rate, or anything like it, the 27-year-old will become the overall World Cup champion and break the record of 13 World Cup victories in one season held by the Austrian Hermann Maier and Ingemar Stenmark of Sweden.
At least, he will if he doesn't hospitalise himself."
