Nice! It was so great to meet and ski with you guys! Oh and Jim = Pete, just fyi. :)
Awesome tour Ryan! It was great to run into you out there. Sorry we got sidetracked by some shady powder and missed skiing on Chair Peak with you. Another time. :)
Yeah, I can't believe you ate Marcus' bakery treat that one time Andy...jeez. :)
AWESOME! Well done Doug and team!
Thanks for the nice comments on the photos! That's all Pete's skill! :)

Drat and double drat! I should have stayed with you guys. A magic carpet ride to awesome land sounds pretty sweet. :) Great to meet you up there!
Nice! Looks like it was a fantastic day up there! And I particularly love the "puppy amidst the flowers" shot. That looks like it's out of a Disney movie or something! :)
FUN!! Great tour guys. Looked like some fine Spring turnin' and great weather! Bummer about Andy's skin glue - it was starting to show signs of failure two weeks ago on Stuart so I wondered...
That looks fantastic!! Well done!
Well done! As Pete and I were skiing back to the Whistler base on Saturday I commented that the only thing that would make the trip better would be if we were to see a bear (saw one at the midstation...
Nice! A very powdery north side of Tincan was the very first thing Pete and I skied on a two week Alaska trip back in 2007. It was a sweet introduction to Chugach skiing! Thanks for...
I had my ski crampons on for the skin up to the summit, but I wouldn't say they were necessary. I just love my ski crampons. :) Pete opted to boot to the top and there was a very good...
We were able to drive to Bridge Creek campground on Icicle Rd. The road up to the Stuart Lake TH is still gated, but there's snow the whole way up so at least it's skinnable.
Dan, absolutely! PM me if you'd like a larger version.
We took approximately one gazillion photos (sadly many of them were in the shade so not super inspiring) so I'm sure we did, but I'll have to check when I get home. There were a couple...
Yes, there are several nice little campsites with rock walls already built up lookers left of the Finger and the Thumb on the divide at around 9200' (I don't have Smoot in front of me so can...
Nice! Way to push through in the drizzle!! We on the other hand, not wanting to hump our skis up the El Dorado trail and sit on the Inspiration Glacier in a cloud for three days, took our skis for a...
Sadly, I couldn't join in on the Baker-y goodness on Sunday but I was glad to see Pete was still thinking of me on the summit. Thanks honey! :)
Beauty!! That pic perfectly illustrates the goodness of that run. Thanks for posting it! Man, I wish we'd gotten some photos like that!! :)
Right on!! That is very exciting! And that is one helluva rock you got there Allyson. :)
Aaaaah, Ruth. Looks like it was an amazing day. Sorry I couldn't make it on the birthday tour this year Marcus. Next year I'll sing extra loud and carry TWO beers up for you! :)
YAY!!! Nice work ladies!! I'm SO happy for you!!! :) :) :) Pete and I looked south several times this weekend, unable to see Rainier through all the clouds and hoping you were well above it...
Man Marcus, skiing in shorts is almost as good as glissading in shorts...but then what kind of fool would ever willingly glissade in shorts (she said rather sheepishly)? :) I'm SO sad to have mi...
Wow, that looks like a great day and a beautiful locale! Pete and I looked at the map and can't find it. Where is it and how do you get there? Thanks!
