I can attest to the west crater rim skiing well. Made some sweet turns down it Sunday around 2pm. Snow stayed excellent all the way to the lot thanks to cloud cover lower on the mountain.
I haven't been up there in almost two weeks. Is the majority of climbing traffic still on the winter route or as it moved to the summer route? Also is the Cold Springs campground fully melted out...
